Starting in October of 2006, MannMade Digital Video will be shooting in HD Widescreen

I don’t have a Blu-Ray DVD player

Who does?  Blu-Ray players are currently hovering around $1,000 and there’s only a few Hollywood titles available to watch.  And those are fairly expensive.  Besides that, I don’t know a single videographer who has made the huge investment in the Blu-Ray DVD authoring software or recorders.  And the blank media is around $25 per disc.

But there is an affordable way to deliver your HD video today on a standard DVD.

You can buy a DVD player today for High-Definition video.  They sell for around $250.  Just Google “divx dvd player” or “wmv-hd dvd player” and you will get a list of DVD players that contain Divx™ and the WMV-HD™ decoders.

MannMade Digital Video can (on request) deliver your video in either Divx™ and WMD-HD™ on standard DVD.  (If you have seen High Definition demonstrated in the local electronics stores, you were probably looking at one of these formats).

But, I don’t have an HD Television

Not to worry.  Our default delivery mode is Widescreen Standard-Definition.  You will have no problem watching the video on your regular television.
